Return & Refund Policy

At Fuckoff Tees, we want you to be confident when you order from us. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, and replacements are available and how to request them.

1. 14-Day Returns for Eligible Items

If you are buying as a consumer, you may request a return for an eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise your return right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at customersupport@fuckofftees.com and let us know that you want to return the item.

Once you notify us within that 14-day period, you must send the item back within 14 days of your cancellation/return notice.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be:

unworn
unwashed
unused
in its original condition
returned with original packaging, if reasonably possible

We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law:

personalized or custom-made items
gift cards
downloadable products
any item excluded from return rights under applicable law

If we offer personalized or made-to-order items in the future, those items may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an exception applies under applicable law.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customersupport@fuckofftees.com.

Please include:

your order number
a description of the issue
clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may choose to:

send a replacement item
issue a full refund
provide another appropriate remedy as required by applicable law

For defective or non-conforming goods, this policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Consumers in some countries may have additional rights for faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

we state otherwise on our website, or
applicable law requires otherwise

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For customers in the EU, return postage for a cooling-off-period return is generally the customer’s responsibility if the seller informed the customer about that before purchase.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For eligible cancellations/returns, we aim to process refunds promptly. Where required by applicable law, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that it was sent back, whichever applies under local law.

Where required by law, any refund for a valid cancellation will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered for the order.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If local law gives you additional rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, misdescribed goods, delayed delivery, repair, replacement, or refund, those rights still apply.
