At Fuckoff Tees, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping availability, delivery estimates, and shipping-related issues are handled.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Where We Ship

Fuckoff Tees ships to the United States and select international destinations.

We only ship to countries and regions that are available for selection at checkout. If a shipping destination does not appear at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

Shipping availability may change at any time based on carrier service, shipping restrictions, or updates to our store’s shipping settings.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery times vary based on the shipping destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If we offer free shipping promotions, the terms of those promotions will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of the offer.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fuckoff Tees is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@fuckofftees.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed or processed.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is controlled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at customersupport@fuckofftees.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customersupport@fuckofftees.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout, we may contact you regarding the delay and, where required, provide options such as waiting for the delayed shipment or receiving a refund for unshipped merchandise.
